Razer blackwidow 2016ultimate

My keyboard has been doing this for months now and I've tried everything from a driver removal to a whole razer synapse clean install to a open keyboard cleanup. So, bottom row shift ZX VB M,./shift LCTRL wkey LALT RAlt FN RCTRL DOES NOT WORK as you can see for example in the video N and C glow to the touch but no others in this row. Again, I have tried every single thing multiple times. I hope it's not a keyboard malfunction, because sometimes it stops happening and when it happens it starts spamming letters like ;;;;;;;;;;///////// zxvbmzxvbm and sometimes it seems like the shift key is always pressed in. I also apologize for the neglected text Its because I'm using my older phone since my keyboard wont work properly
