Razer Blackwidow 2019 recognized in Synapse, but not a single option works

So, I got a Blackwidow as a gift, the keyboard is recognized by Synapse as the right model, but when I try to remap a key it gives me an error as shown in the picture, I also can't save profiles to onboard memory and can't change the color of the backlight, it's stuck on color cycle mode. I tried updating the firmware, but it was already on the latest version and I also tried to hook it up to another PC which didn't have synapse installed, but I had the same issue.
