Razer Blackwidow Chroma is not lighting up correctly. Half a keyboard is turning off
Hello guys, I am writing to you to ask what is happening with my keyboard. The left side of the keyboard is not lighting up. Sometimes it lights up correctly, just when I plug my keyboard to pc it lights up correctly, but it stops working in ~2,3 mins sometimes even less so i think that's not keyboard fault but I'm not sure. I was searching for this kind of problems on google but couldn't find any solution. Did someone get something like this and know how to fix it? Synapse does not have any macros or settings changed for sure, also it happening on others PC. I wrote to Razer Support but they couldn't help me. I am adding some photos of my problem. I think you can cheack few things first is usb port change it another it''s not a connection issue second thing will be connecting another device that use lightning to your usb to make sure the port is not demage or it's not a power issue. From softwere side you can try to wipe all your profiles and disconnect everything but stay only jeybord and create new profile and set difrent effects like breathing, spectra clycing, wave etc of something change. Write feedback here how it looks when you cheack everything.

Ok i assume you try to change usb port and set difrent effects on synapse but what about difrent phericecials that use the same usb port as your keybord and mayby another one that is difrent brand but also have led lightning this is important to find the coause of your issue.
BlackFireDragonOthers USB seems to be working fine, no problems with mouse or pendrives. I haven't got any keyboard with LEDs to try it with unfortunately. I think it can't be electrical voltage in USB ports, cause even on PS4 i have the same problem with keyboard. I tried every USB port as well.
