razer blackwidow chroma keyboard not showing in synapse, but razer deathadder elite is

I have tried unplugging and replugging it back in, uninstalling and reinstalling razer synapse, and my computer also shows it in settings. if anyone can help that would be great.

    Do you have the original Blackwidow Chroma such as this one or one of the newer versions, and what synapse version are you using? The Deathadder Elite is Synapse 3, but if you have the first generation Blackwidow Chroma you would have to use Synapse 2.
