Razer Blackwidow chroma typing not working

The light of my Razer Blackwidow chroma is working but i can not typ. When im not typing the lights are colorfull and changing, but when im starting to typ, the colorfull lightning disappear and only lights green to the keys i pressed. Pls help me

    When did the issue occur? Does the behavior only happen even when the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Have you connected it to a different USB port or computer? I think your keyboard is on demo mode. Click this link and follow the steps on how to exit demo mode.
