My BlackWidow TE V2 lights up but the keys don't work, I did the press and hold on the "Esc" and "CapsLock" but my keyboard still doesn't want to type, can i get some help please?

Your keyboard is probably in Demo Mode. You can try following this guide to fix this issue. Should you need further assistance, feel free to send me a message.
