Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 detected but not responding

Odd problem here. Got the keyboard yesterday. It was working fine all day. Left it over night plugged into my laptop, which was sleeping and charging. Now, the keyboard lights up and is detected by the system, however no keys are responsive. Even pressing CAPS-LOCK won't trigger the light. I've tried reinstalling Synapse and updating drivers. Problem still persists. I have also tried using with another computer; same thing still happens. Problem seems to lie within the keyboard edit: It has been returned

If you get the same results when on another PC, the keyboard is probably dead. PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify the warranty status and look into your RMA options.

Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately we brought it back to the retailer we got it from and they gave us a refund. They were also unable to figure out the problem.

That is indeed unfortunate but I thanks for looping me in. I'll close this thread then. See you around!
