Razer Blackwidow Elite lighting problem

It's been a few days now with this problem.... The lights from Left Ctrl to Right Crtl + Numpad 9 + the media buttons has some colors it can't light up (example the pink color). Is this some hardware problems or some firmware problems? I've heard in the past this was a problem too. Hope you can help me out.

    Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed and displaying the keyboard's default lighting effect? Try resetting the keyboard through the app's settings and see how it goes. Otherwise, send me a PM together with your Razer Blackwidow Elite's serial number. Let's continue our conversation there.
