razer blackwidow keyboard v3 not charging - 6 weeks old

As the title says my 6 weeks old Razer black widow keyboard v3 not charging, when the cable is plugged in it says its charging but doesn't go past 1% gone past the return date from Amazon...

Advice please

    I’d try to use it till battery dies, then try to charge it for an hour, then try to run on battery.

    This may be just some software issue (showing wrong battery level).

    Same issue here with Naga v2 Pro, suddenly it won’t charge when connected...
