Razer Blackwidow RGB issues

Hi, I installed razer synapse to change the rgb of my keyboard, but when I put an effect on synapse, it shows the effect on synapse and when I click save, it doesn't change the effect / the rgb from my keyboard. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hey bud, you can try it on another computer system. Try repairing your Synapse too: 1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”. 2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”. 3. A user account control pop up window will appear, select “Yes”. 4. Click on “REPAIR”.
