Razer Blackwidow Row of lights not lighting up. Is this a Hardware or software problem?

I hopped onto my setup one day and when the keyboard lit up, I noticed a row of lights weren't displaying the correct color and when exploring colors that wouldn't show the issue, I came across the blue color preset and the affected keys did not light up (Caps, L Shift, a, s ,d ,f ,g ,h ,j ,k ,l, ;, ', Enter)
