Razer Blackwidow typing repeat issue

Hello i´m using a Razer Blackwidow V4 x since about 1-2 Months and in that time I didnt used it really often. Since two days i´ve noticed, that sometimes the letter "G" doesn´t trigger, and sometimes the Letters "D" and "C" double trigger.

Model: RZ03-0470

 

I already tried to close synapse temporarily, reinstall synapse, deinstall any drivers completely, and I also connected the Keyboard with another device like described in a solution at this forum for a similar problem. Still there occurs this issue, so please help me to solve the problem =)
