bought this keyboard 2 years ago. since then i had no problems with it. now left shift button is not working properly. sometimes it registers and sometimes its not. tried to update drivers but nothing seems to help. i did not used my keyboard for like 4 months at all. now when i came back to it, it has problems right now. where can i fix this problem and how to do it? can someone help? Please give me solutions :)

Hey,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try cleaning your keyboard to remove any debris that might have been causing the issue. Watch this video clip for the step-by-step guide. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
