Razer Blackwidow v3 mini "CAPS LOCK" button activate by itself

if 3 buttons near CAPSLOCK button are pressed together, the CAPSLOCK would activate by itself. example: i pressed 1,q, and tab at the same time, then the CAPSLOCK would be activated by it self. anyone facing the same problem? or anyone know the solution? I am confused because i just bought it.

    i would try, reinstall the keyboard from device manager - and if still doesnt work, ask for exchanged maybe hardware issue
