My brand new Razer keyboard is taking the wrong input while pressing keys. For example, if I press the "9 key" it is showing "5" on the screen. similarly, the issue is with other keys too. O key= t, L key=g, & < key=v. I tried all possible troubleshooting procedures like "Updating firmware", "Tried it on another computer", "Clean & Install razer synapse".Bluetooth, wired and wireless all modes of connectivity give me same results

Try on another device (for eg. android phone via BT) or other PC without Synapse installed. If it's the same - RMA it.

  • Let's start to fix it and make a story

That's odd. Does the problem persist since you open it from the box? Please PM me your device's serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
