Razer blackwidow v3 Pro charge at 1% not charging

Out of the blue since last night, the blackwidow v3 pro has stopped charging. Battery was at 52% earlier today and it was drained in less than 2 hours of being plugged. Then, no more charge. Firmware is latest version. There were no changes in hardware, cables, or anything that would justify this 6 month old keyboard to no longer charge its battery. Help please.
