Hello Razer Support,

 

My Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro Esc key is not working and faulty (for both direct cable and wireless connect), may I know where can I send this to fix?  I also tried reinstall the latest firmware, double checked Razer Synapse the Esc button is not disabled as well. Seems like a hardware issue.

But basically, if you bought it in a different store than Razer.com, then you’ll just RMA it at the shop where you bought it.

The warranty is expired when I entered my serial number (IO2052F46302331), I don’t think I have the store that this was bought as this was a gift by someone, any idea how I can repair it?
