Hi guys, i have a key spamming issue whit my blackwidow v3 pro keyboard yellow switch.

I've try all step from razer's youtube video.

Firmware update.

Whitout synapse on.

Deleted and download again synapse.

Keyboard it's almost new so no dust and dirty problem.

I have MORE key spamming whit hyperspeed dongle connection.



Extra information:

I have blackshark v2 pro headset whit his hyperspeed dongle.

USB wireless internet adapter.

Italian layout on windows whit nordic layout keyboard.

Volume wheel doesn't work too.
Keyboard connected to at least USB 3.0 ports on the back of motherboard (and not via USB hub or USB ports on PC case)?



You can try doing Synapse clean reinstall:



  • Uninstall Synapse

  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers

  • Then restart your PC

  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I've try whit wireless dongle and wired in a 3.2 usb port on motherboard and clean reinstall and nothing change, can be a hardware issue at this point ?

If it does the same (wired) on other PC without Synapse installed - it may be HW issue.

Unfortunately i don't have proof of purchase and i can't use warranty, you know if it's possible have assistance from razer in some way ??

If it's registered on RazerID account (with uploaded proof of purchase), then shouldn't be any problem with warranty. Otherwise this may be a problem, but you can try contacting support directly: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support
