I have a Razer BlackWidow V3 Quartz keyboard. Every time I open the Synapse or Razer Chroma app, the RGB lights on the keyboard simply turn off, and when I close the applications, the lights turn on in their default mode.
I have already uninstalled both apps, changed the USB port, and the problem persists. I need help.
