Razer Blackwidow v3 tenkeyless stopped working

So a few days ago i was using my blackwidow v3 tenkeyless just fine. Today i booted up my laptop and it was completely not working. Only thing that changed is i removed the cable from the built in cable guide going to one corner and left it loose. Cable is bent up to 90 deg, but even after keeping it at 90deg, it does not work. 

 

Device manager shows keyboard as unrecognizable (device descriptor request failed), regardless of if I restart pc or just cycle it though various usb slots (usb hub & 2 native usb-a ports). From what i saw it may be a driver issue, but the firmware updater cannot be used a it requires the keyboard to be connected (which is obviously not happening)

 

Any help?
