Hello my problem
The A key on my keyboard rarely is detecting input. Maybe 1 every 10-15 attempts.
I have tried everything i could :
tried cleaning the keyboard with compressed air,updting the os,synapse, and everything …
my arrow down keys sometimes doesn’t works properly : Delayed input, not responsive ,ect..
can anybody help me 🥲🥲??

I understand you're having issues with your Razer Blackwidow V4. No worries, let me help you! Please try these troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Connect the keyboard directly to the computer. Do not use a USB hub, extender, or KVM switch. If it is already connected directly, use a different USB port.
2. Disable Razer Synapse and test the keyboard.
3. Do a clean re-install of the software if the keyboard works with Razer Synapse disabled.
