Razer BlackWidow v4 leds not working.

Hi Support, I been using my BlackWidow v4 75% keyboard but for some reason the LED’s for 2 keys wont turn on. I installed the software thinking it was an issue with that but no change. I connected the keyboard to a second PC and still no change. Is this something I can replace to get it back working?
