I have a 2 week old Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% and I am getting very frustrated with it constantly going into sleep mode/power saving mode.  I have the Wireless  Power Saving turned off, but that has no affect.  Any hints?

Please go to the Razer Synapse power tab so you can adjust the “Time to Dim” and “Time to Sleep” settings for your keyboard’s LED display, including its lighting settings. You can also turn off the power-saving feature or extend the time before these settings (Time to Dim and Time to Sleep) to execute. Otherwise, you can remove all Razer-related files from your PC by installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please restart your computer and install all available Synapse and Windows updates (if there are any). Let me know if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance,
