Razer Blackwidow x Chroma stuck in demo mode

I've bought a second hand Black Widow x Chroma but it's stuck in demo mode (atleast thats what i think).

It's not recognized by my pc and my laptop but the lights turn on but it won't be detected by windows and synapse.



I've tried reinstallig synapse (i also tried the 2.0 version) but nothing seems to work.

Does anybody on here now how to fix this, i'm desperate and could use some help.
