Razer Blade 13/Core X Chroma/MSI 2060 Super/Code 43 | Razer Insider

I am at my wits end on this. I have been fighting with this Razer Blade Stealth and Core X Chroma for almost 2 weeks. Alternating between "Code 43", "Code 31", Blue screen error "Video TDR Failure" and Blue Screen error "DPC Watchdog Violation".

If Razer support is watching, this is covered in Case #200517-001119. A lot of good that has done me.

I will get it to work, and after between 2-5 hours it will freeze, I will reboot and it will come back with an "Code 43" error. After a few hours of fiddling attempting all the below:

- Disable the eGPU

- Uninstall the eGPU

- Reinstall the drivers for the eGPU

- power up the eGPU and the Stealth at the same time

I have not been able to replicate a pattern that consistently works, it is very much act and pray each time.

Once I get it booted with no error on the eGPU, I will get some green alien looking artifacts.
it will freeze... I will reboot and get a Code 31 error. Repeat the steps above, and then I will get it working for about 2-5 hours... rinse repeat.

Razer tier 1 has be useless, originally saying I had a bad Core X, I returned and replaced it... same problem. Tier 2 support never calls and tries to close my ticket because I have not responded. I would have thought purchasing premium equipment would have been given better than average service.

I am hoping someone here can help, or at least point me in the direction of some steps to prevent this Core X Chroma from being just a $400 doorstop. Any help would be appreciated at this point.

The card I have is this one.

Great, now both the internal and external GPUs are throwing Code 43 errors...
