My laptop is working normally and then get into "not responding" state, only can press and hold the power button to shut it down.

After that, I cannot turn it on. The logo and keyboard light is on. The power led light is green and fades on / off slowly. I've tried waiting for the screen to turn on for 10+ minutes and nothing.

Please help.
