Razer blade 14" (2017) - black screen on boot

Some moving horizontal pink/purple lines showed up on my screen so I force shutdown the pc and now it won't boot. On start it shows the razer logo w/ the f options and then either goes black or freezes at starting automatic repair screen. Only thing I can reach is the bios menu. System recovery just freezes when pressed. I tried reinstalling windows from a usb, but it just showed the windows logo with the same moving horizontal lines and froze.
