I’ve had my Razer laptop (Razer Blade 14 (2017) since 2018. Today I accidentally let the laptop shutdown after the battery went too low. Now when I try to turn it on, the green LED comes on, the keys light up, but the screen stays black. The LED and keyboard lights will remain for a bit, go dark, and then come back in a cycle. I tried letting the laptop battery go all the way to 0%, but all that seems to do is make the LED red instead. I’ve confirmed that the charger works just fine. I tried holding the power button for one minute, and I tried the “hold power for 10 seconds, remove charger” procedure.
I’m stumped here. I don’t have the funds for another laptop, so I’m trying to see if there’s a way to fix this. Please let me know if anyone has experienced something similar.
