Razer Blade 14 (2021) is plagued with issues (AMD CPU just doesn't work and full of incompatibility)

While the Razer support is still working on the Synapse fix on the Oculus Quest 2 link issue (black screen and have to disable integrated graphic card) past few months, I found out that the new external SSD card (I have both Samsung T5 and T7) that I am adding to this troubled laptop has been having random disconnect and reconnect. While doing file transfer, it will randomly get disrupted (I will hear the USB disconnect and reconnect sound), disruption happen during games installation and also while playing game.

As usual tried to troubleshoot myself, tried both USB-C port, tried turning off the power savings (its anyway off all the way because that's the instruction I get to try to solve the Oculus link issue which didn't help), none of it help with the random disconnection. It happen so randomly and reconnect instantly that there is no way to video it as well.

The past 3 months with this laptop I've been spending more time troubleshooting it than using it for its intent purposes. All of these are not an issue with my old Razer Blade 15 with Intel chip (and 1070), Oculus link work flawlessly via plug and play, and I have been using Samsung T5 for more than 2 years without issue of disconnecting/reconnecting. This leave me the conclusion that the issue is with the AMD CPU that just doesn't work nor compatible.

It's just disappointing to see Razer market this as the MOST POWERFUL BLADE EVER, when it's more like the most troublesome blade ever. I have been using Blade since the old 14 (with 870m), then 15 with 1070maxq, both has been giving me pleasant experience, but now this new 14 is plagued with issue even on the basic connectivity (USB-C). Just at lost here...
