Razer Blade 14 (2021) speakers not working properly

Hi - I am not sure if this is the correct location where I can post this query but for brevity, I currently have the following issues with the speakers of my Razer Blade 14 (2021):

• There seems to be some static when I go on teleconferencing meetings and sometimes Zoom can't detect the mic or speaker. I've also tried updating and reinstalling drivers but the static seems to persist; and
• When I listen to music or watch movies, the sound is unusual. Sometimes I can hear the person singing but the background music is not present.

Any assistance I can get to resolve these issues will be greatly appreciated. =)
