Razer Blade 14 (2021) - very low performance on battery use

Hi, my Blade 14 (2021) performs very bad on battery mode since last week. Plugged in it´s all fine, but on battery the cpu doesn´t get over 20 % usage and temps are constantly between 50-60 degrees (celsius), when I use Unreal Engine. The RTX 3070 is very low on usage, too. (10 %) I reinstalled Synapse, changed the power plans, reinitialised standard-power-plans. Stilll no power on battery. Is there any option without reinstalling windows again? I run the latest windows 10 home with latest nvidia drivers and synapse. Any idea?

I think, the problem came with the auto optimization via cortex software. I boosted the system, since then the cpu/gpu power is terrible low
