Hello guys,
I have a problem with my Razer PC. Left side usbc not working at all. Right side usbc not working as DP, only can use with external drive and for mouse/keyboard dongle. It’s happened when PC was connected to external monitor as always. Today I powered it on and noticed PC can’t connect to monitor. HDMI works good.
I checked my graphics drivers, reinstalled windows. Monitor and cable works great with other laptops.
I see a lot of ppl on this forum have same problem. RAZER, please help us.
