Razer Blade 14 (2022) column of keys loses functionality when games launched | Razer Insider

After about a month of use, I've had problems with the leftmost column of keys on my Razer Blade 14 (Escape key-cntrl key). Occasionally the entire column will lose functionality.



I at first thought this was a hardware issue, but now I'm pretty sure it's not. During web browsing or typing in word documents, I rarely have any problems, with key functionality almost always staying there. However, whenever I launch any game, the keys seem to lose functionality consistently.



I have tried reinstalling drivers and have also done a full factory reset, however, the problem persists. Anyway I can fix the problem without an RMA? Thanks!

You can perform the troubleshooting steps here for further isolation and make sure both the Synapse app and Windows OS are up to date. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for model-specific steps to help you resolve the unresponsive keys of your laptop.
