The battery on my laptop is bulging and deforming the trackpad. I purchased the laptop in late 2022/early 2023 so it’s no longer under warranty. This is already a second time I have issues with my laptop (the motherboard had to be replaced within the first few months). How can I get a battery replacement?

Razer can provide you with an out-of-warranty repair or battery replacement, as long as your device is not classified as one of our legacy devices and you are within Razer’s shipping network. If these conditions do not apply, you may want to explore third-party battery sellers; however, please note that I cannot guarantee their functionality or durability.
