The device is brand new (purchased at the end of November 2023). I took the laptop out of the original packaging on January 12, 2024 and initially configured it. After a short time, the internal keyboard and trackpad stopped working. When you try to restart the device, it starts up very slowly (5-10 minutes) and gets stuck in the boot screen. If you do get into the operating system, all settings are lost (Windows PIN no longer works) and some of the hardware are shown as faulty in the device manager. The laptop was still in delivery condition at this point (no additional software installed yet). The attempt to reset the operating system through recovery fails and after waiting 3 hours it remains at 3%. Further diagnostics are not possible due to the operating system not booting.

Since it is a New device, I will not open It to remove the battery or something like that. I need to find a suitable USB drive to flash a recovery system for further testing,  but it seems like either the SSD or the Maianboard are broken...
