Hello,

I’ve been using the Razor Blade 14 for 6 months now and recently the laptop when I close the lid of the laptop, the fans start going full speed. This in return creates a lot of heat. I left the laptop closed for a couple of hours and I was unable to touch it because it was so hot. This situation has been getting worse every week.

When i close the lid the only running programs are my email app (Thunderbird) and chrome. The background process are minimal.

I’ve tried looking in windows power setting, but not is there that would help me solve this situation.

If the community has any ideas I would love to get your feedback/help.
