Razer Blade 14 AMD - Home/End and Page Up/Down do not work when Synapse in running

I'm running Razer Synapse ver. 3.6.0624.061513 on Razer Blade 14 AMD with RTX3070. Fn + Arrow Key do not work as Home/End and Page Up/Down when Synapse is running. Everything is fine when I close it.

We have been made aware of this issue, and we already have a team working to resolve this. I'd appreciate it if you can send me your Synapse logs along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
