I was watching a YouTube video minding my own business then all of a sudden the screen goes black and won’t turn on at all, ive tried turning off the laptop and turning it on back again and nothings happening pls help

    When using the laptop, are you plugging it with the adapter? If not, is the laptop fully charged? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 14 via PM.
