Razer Blade 14 - MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION BSOD

mini2109
Hi. I have this problem. I wanted to buy a used vacation laptop to play something less demanding. I found the Razer Blade 14 from 2018 on one portal for a fairly affordable price. I managed to win it. The seller was about to ship it but wanted to update it to the latest version and the problem started. After he has loaded Windows 11, after starting the computer, he shows BSOD with Machine Check Exception error. The system does not start and the dealer does not know what to do. Normally I would not bother with it and ask for a refund, but I care about it - especially since the price is quite attractive. Does anyone have an idea what the problem may be and how to fix it? I'd do a clean OS install again. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5997/~/how-to-download-the-recovery-image-for-your-razer-blade-laptop use this link to check how to download recovery image for your laptop. Also you can check disk status with CrystalDiskInfo tool, do some RAM test with MemTest86 app.

Hi @mini2109, If you still need assistance with this issue, please check the steps here and this one. If that didn't help, I can forward your case to our Software Team so they can have a closer look at the BSOD error. Just PM me the serial number so I can validate it before starting a case. *Thread locked.
