Razer Blade 14 | "W" Key issue

Hi I just received my Razer Blade 14 yesterday and everything works like a dream. However my "W" key seems to be a little wonky at times, as I hold it down in game, my character would walk forward and sometimes it would pause momentarily before continuing onwards. Sometimes I would need to release the "W" key and press it down again before it moves forward. Typing is fine and it does not register a mistype. However the "W" does feel a little tighter to type than the rest of the keys. I tried removing the key cap and giving it a little press on the rubber spring cap and rubbing it a little hopefully it sits better too. However the condition seems to be the same after that. Any suggestions on how to do a quick fix on this? Thanks.

    I'm afraid there's not much that I can add to that since this is clearly a hardware issue. Please send me the serial number of your Razer Blade 14 via PM. I can use that to verify its model and the warranty status. I'd also appreciate it if you send me a short video clip showing the issue.
