Razer Blade 15' (2008) CPU Throttling when AC Plugin

Hello, Anyone experience the same issue? I have Razer Blade 15' (2008). CPU Throttling would occurs (down to only 0.79GHz), when I plugin he AC Adapter. There is no throttling when I unplug the AC Adapter (when I run on battery). This is totally opposite to what's expected. And CPU Throttling should NOT happen at all. I've already updated to the latest BIOS (version 1.08). I tried many different things (e.g. changing power plan), none of it works. The ONLY things that works is to run ThrottleStop and disable BD_PROCHOT (Bi-Directional Processor Hot Signal). https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-throttlestop/ This indicated to me that it's either BIOS bug or motherboard hardware problem. Also, I monitored my CPU temperature (using various programs), and it's NOT overheating. Something else besides the CPU keeps signaling overheating, but only does so when AC is plugin, and not when I run on battery.
