Hi, My mic and camera stopped working for a while and the only changes i did was through windows update. I would like to avoid a system restore and I hope you can help. I am trying to install the mic and camera drivers but I can't them on your site. I can also confirm that they are both not disabled via the new privacy settings of Windows 10. Can you please help?     Hey there! Sorry to hear about your mic and cam issue with your Razer Blade 15. Does the issue happen while the laptop is on Safe Mode? Have you tried creating another local Windows user account to replicate the behavior? Should the same issue persist, could you send me a PM together with the laptop's serial number?
