Can I have the latest driver for Blade 15 (2018) Advanced? I can only find it for the Base model. I have contacted Microsoft support, did uninstall drivers, did update Windows, did a repair of Windows 11 but to no avail

Did you already try the steps here and check the available drivers on this page? If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team so they can help you resolve the mic issue of your laptop.
