Razer Blade 15 (2018 Advanced Model) Windows installation issues

I was having massive overheating issues even when operating no programs on the laptop to the point where the heat would cause the laptop to crash and so I decided to do a windows reset and halfway through the re-installation of windows it overheated and crashed again. Now when I turn it on it’s stuck in a loop where it says 64% downloaded and then turns off and resets. Is there any way I can redownload the OS with drivers and would you be able to tell me how. Thanks!
