Razer Blade 15 2018 advanced shuts off when AC adapter is unplugged...power stuck at 74%

I've tried uninstalling battery drivers and reistalling them. also done power trouble shooting as well but to no avail. Tried removing battery and running the laptop on ac adapter so it cant be the adapter. Has anybody encountered these problems and manage to fix this issue? im thinking maybe a bad battery circuit or a bad battery but this unit is only a little over a yr old and theres no reason why its already experiencing this problems for the amount of money invested to purchase these things. the only game i play on this thing is tekken 7.

      You did most of the recommended troubleshooting already, but have you tried recalibrating the battery? To be honest, this is highly likely a faulty battery or a malfunctioning BMS. In any case, please send over the serial number of your RB15 through PM. Let's continue this there.
