Razer Blade 15 (2018) Audio Static/Bluetooth Issue/No Microphone
Hey everyone-
I have sent this laptop for a power issue in the past, and have had issues with audio since its return. Issues:
Bluetooth Headphones:
-Laptop says it is paired, but headphones do not recognized that they are paired. The headphones do not show up in any system audio menu and sound only comes out of the speakers
Speakers:
-There is crackling consistently on certain sounds. I have never blasted music or done anything ridiculous so this is odd to me
System Microphone:
-Does not show up in system audio menus. Makes zoom very difficult.
What can I do to fix this?

Could you please let me take a closer look at your System? Please send me the serial number of your laptop along with a screenshot of your Device Manager and MSINFO32. For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows OS installed on your computer by following this guide.
