Razer Blade 15 (2018 base model) Charging issue

Ran into an issue that I think started last night, My battery shows at 7% and plugged in with the charger icon over the battery. However, if I unplug the charger it will instantly shut off. If I keep the charger in for several hours it will not go over 7% (wither I charge it on or off). So far I've tried:
  • Running a sfc scan, then check for windows, Graphics and store updates
  • Ran updates for Bios, chipset, and ME drivers from razers site
  • Manually unplugged the battery, held the power button down, reconnected the battery (the laptop wouldn't start on its own so I had to reconnect the charge but it stays with the same issue)
  • Tried changing power settings to see if it would start recording the charge go up
  • Ran windows troubleshooter for power, it found no issues
  • Ran a battery report, I'm not savvy in reading them but the charge vs design amounts are close and it record shows it losing power steadily
Is there any recommendation or steps I can try? Or perhaps a tool or report I can use to see if the battery or charger is messed and need to be replaced?

      Can you send me a copy of your battery report and a photo of the laptop's BIOS main tab via PM? Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Also, the unit could be part of our discontinued units, and Razer can no longer offer a repair.
