Razer Blade 15 2018 Base Model Only Boots to BIOS

Yesterday, my computer would boot up and work for 30-60 minutes then show the Windows blue screen with an error message like “CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED” but would work again after restarting. Now, my computer only boots up to Aptio Setup Utility. I went to advanced and NVMe configuration, and it says “No NVMe Device Found,” so I think it’s a hardware problem. Is there anything I can do? Thank you for any help.

Did you already try following the steps here? If that didn’t help, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a possible repair. Thanks!
