Razer Blade 15 2018 Base Model trackpad low mouse sensitivity on games

I just bought this laptop and turned on both pointer speed and trackpad speed to their highest values in Windows settings, and the sensitivity is alright on desktop use or chrome, I've noticed it moves quite sluggishly on a lot of different games I've tried it with, both full screen and window mode. It's so slow I have to do almost 2 full swipes throughout the huge trackpad to get from one end of the screen to the other. I've reinstalled the touchpad drivers to no avail, any help would be appreciated.
