Razer Blade 15 (2018) i7-8750H that only has 3 cores/ 6 threads?

I bought this laptop when it was brand new and recently the performance of my CPU has been degrading ever since. When i played games that are years older than the laptop it has a hard time and always its 100% load, I have tried turning on performance mode and fans rev up to max every time. R6, The Division 1, Apex legends, COD, and have similar effects and cannot output to 60fps due to throttling of the CPU

I have the same model (~2 years old by now). My laptop is lowering the clock speeds on the CPU and GPU because it's overheating. CPU at 100 C and GPU at 90 C. I've recently noticed that my battery has been swelling as well, not sure if it has anything to do with it though: /swelling-battery.61074/

My CPU is the only thing struggling but im pretty sure there's a bad CPU in my laptop, Problem is my games are cpu heavy and I can never get games at 60 fps even at 720p because of the CPU which is not good

Okay, I see.

Have you tried to install and use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to see how the CPU behaves on the graph while you're playing?
